Returns and Exchanges
Something didn't work out? Don't worry, our returns & exchanges are free. Just email us within 14 days at firstname.lastname@example.org, we'll send you a free return label. Sorry, we do not accept returns on accessories (Hats, Bags, Scarves, Jewelry) or international purchases at this time.
***PLEASE NOTE: All In-store purchases have 7 days to return***
How to return
- Email us at email@example.com indicating order# & item to return.
- We will send you a free shipping label within 24 hours.
- Attach the pre-paid USPS label in a secure packaging and send.
- Once your package reaches us, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued (by the same method you used to pay) and you will receive a confirmation email.
- If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
To be eligible for a return:
- You have 14 days (7 days for In-store purchases) to send it back to us (since the merchandise received date)
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. This means...
- Clean (no make-up stains, deodorant, or perfume)
- Must have original hang tags attached
- Sale items are not eligible for return
- We do not accept double exchange on one order; If the item was purchased as an exchange on a previous order, do not accept returns on these items
- Gift Cards, Accessories (Hats, Bags, Scarves, Jewelry) are not eligible for return
- International purchases are not eligible for return
